Operators shall submit a notice to Tukes prior to launching operations. Operators shall employ as supervisor persons with adequate qualifications. The notice of activity shall contain a report on the supervisor’s qualifications and a list of tools and equipment.
In the event that the notice contains all required information, Tukes confirms the notice by dispatching a certificate and adds the data on the operator to its list of operators, which is available on the Tukes website.
