Tukes shall be notified of the termination or suspension for more than one year of large-scale sites. Tukes then invalidates the licenses granted to the operator as necessary and removes the site from the license register.The structures and areas of a terminated establishment or a decommissioned part thereof shall be decontaminated so that they cannot cause any damage.
