Operators shall submit a new notice no later than within three months of the person in charge changing or any other material change in operations.
The owner or possessor of a refrigeration device shall have all fixed equipment containing 3 kg or more of refrigerant inspected annually by a refrigeration supplier for leakage. The inspection may be performed in connection with other maintenance. A log shall be kept of inspections and maintenance.
Tukes shall be notified of the termination of operations.
Operators are often required to submit a notice of activity also pursuant to other areas of legislation such as electrical installation.
