Any material changes in the data contained in the electrical contractor’s notification of operations shall be notified to Tukes.
In the event of change in electrical supervisor, the departing supervisor shall immediately notify Tukes so that he/she may be removed as Person in Charge from the register of electrical contractors.
Tukes shall also be notified of termination of operations.
