Only Tukes-approved gas installation businesses are allowed to carry out LPG and natural gas installations in Finland. As an exception, small-size LPG installation works, where LPG is fed to the device through a hose, are considered so-called everyman’s works which can be done without consulting an approved gas installation business.
Gas installation businesses in Finland are approved by application to be filed with Tukes, which runs an official register of the businesses. The application form is housed on Tukes’ website.
